The Yale Symphony Orchestra Announces its 2021-22 Season
After a year and a half without the joy of live music, we are excited and grateful to announce the Yale Symphony Orchestra’s 2021-2022 season, featuring four regular-season concerts and 14 composers, many of whom our orchestra has never programmed before.
As the YSO enters its 56th season, it has embraced its role as an American university orchestra, one that hopes to foster diverse musical discourse and provide a meaningful experience for performers and audience members alike. We hope that with the upcoming season, we can reflect on our role within a world full of not only pain and anxiety but also hope.
As our concert dates approach, we will announce additional details and concert protocols. Keep an eye out for those, as well as additional special projects that we’re planning. To stay up-to-date on concert and event offerings, please sign up for our mailing list. We will also communicate any changes to our programming. For now, we look forward to sharing music in live concert again.
